'This text really is the guide for those advising tenants about addressing defective housing in which they, too often, have to live ... the word "indispensable" is overused, but it is the perfect label for this essential guide.'

'The book is clear and authoritative, and everyone working in the field of housing law should have it on their desk.'
Tessa Shepperson, Landlord-Law Blog

'This is an excellent book. No one should even consider advising or representing tenants with disrepair unless they have a copy.'

'A very useful, concise and well-written guide to this complex area and a must for the busy practitioner.'
