Personal Injury Claims

We can obtain compensation for you if you have been injured and someone else is to blame. Over the past 14 years we have helped in numerous cases involving:

How it works:

We will start by talking to you on the telephone. In appropriate personal injury cases we will offer you a free 30 minute interview. If it seems that you have a strong case, we will offer you a no win no fee conditional fee agreement to bring your claim.

If you have a good claim, the insurers will often agree to deal with it at a relatively early stage. If not, and provided that it still seems that you have a strong case, we will issue court proceedings on your behalf and take your case to trial. This will protect you against having to pay your opponent’s costs, if you lose at trial. The premium for this insurance is reasonable and you will only have to pay it if you win your case, in which case we will help you to recover it from your opponent. We are members of Accident Line, the only delegated insurance scheme approved by The Law Society. We insure all eligible personal injury claims with this scheme.
